Eliminate errors and drastically improve capabilities with VIA’s Packout and Labeling software. The process begins with the creation of a part label and the beginning or end of a line that is used to identify the corresponding product.

This label is used to identify each unique product. The process is easily configurable based on customer requirements so that operators can design and configure a specific container label for accurate and timely shipping.

From there, VIA’s Packout and Labeling software tracks the quantity tracked versus the quantity still left to pack, ensuring in conjunction with the operator that each container is packed correctly to specifications. A complete history of the packed container is tracked and time-stamped and assigned to a specific operator.

As with all of our proprietary software Packout and Labeling works with existing systems or other plant floor stations to help facilitate packout for discrete, batch, master, or mixed master processes.
